Once you earn 250 points, you are given a $5 Reward to use on your next purchase. You can collect our rewards by looking in your notification email or by logging into your Club Orchard account.

You earn Points right away! As soon as you purchase something at the store, the points for that purchase are automatically put on your account. However, the same is true if you return something. This means negative Points will automatically be deducted from your point total.

Yes, just be sure to enter your Member ID/ Phone number at the register or on the checkout page of your purchase. You will earn points for the purchase of every product you buy with the exception of gift card purchases, delivery fees, or sales tax.

Points for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Your 10-digit Member ID is the number you provided us with at the time of sign up, it may even be your phone number. It is also found on the account summary page within your account.

We do not share your personal information with third parties other than companies that provide support services to us or help us market our products and services. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy at the bottom of this page.

Club Orchard is open to U.S. residents (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories) who are of legal age, and provide and maintain a working email address.

When a Reward is issued, we will send you an email notification letting you know. It is important to have your valid email address on file with us so that you can receive your reward. We may also send you an email to notify you about products, services, and promotions that we think may be of interest to you.

When you earn a Reward, we will notify you by email. Simply sign in to your account at cluborchard.osh.com and print your Reward. You will need to complete your registration online to receive your rewards We will send you email reminders before the Reward expiration date.

Check your Spam folder. Sometimes notices and reminder emails land there. Please make sure to add support@email.osh.com to your address book. Sadly, we cannot reissue a Reward once it’s expired.

Call Customer Service at 1-888-SHOP OSH to receive credit.

Select the Account Summary tab. From there you can update your mailing address, email address, and password. Your Member ID cannot be changed.

You can cancel your membership at anytime through the Account tab, or by calling Customer Service at 1-888-SHOP OSH. Members will lose all points and transaction data upon cancellation.
